This year, the National Black Canadians Summit is taking a virtual turn. This year’s Summit will be a series of virtual and free events aimed at raising awareness of key challenges faced by Black Communities in Canada by starting a national conversation on strengthening social cohesion, inclusion, equity and sustainable development, for all Canadians.
Pandemic or not, we believe these discussions should continue. These virtual presentations will bring together actors playing a decisive, and sometimes even progressive role, in the development and in the echoing of Black Canadians’ voice.
The series will launch on April 20, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. EDT (7:30 p.m. ADT) with a panel discussion on Reimagining Justice.
